Ricky Ponting’s health deteriorated during commentary in the live match, immediately taken to the hospital

Big news has come out from Australian cricket. Former Australia great batsman Ricky Ponting has been admitted to the hospital in Perth after his health suddenly deteriorated. According to media reports, he was commentating on Australia vs. West Indies Test match being played in Perth when his health deteriorated.

Ponting’s condition is stable.

According to a report in the Australian Daily Telegraph, Ponting’s aides have said that his condition is stable. He was feeling unwell and went to the hospital for a precautionary check-up. According to reports, Ponting was taken to the Perth hospital around lunchtime on the third day of the first Test. Now he will not be seen doing commentary in the third session.

Ponting will not commentate in the third session.

A Channel Seven spokesperson quoted Fox Sports as saying Ricky Ponting is unwell and will not be commentating for the remainder of today’s coverage. According to media reports, Ponting’s condition is said to be stable. He had told his colleagues about feeling unwell, and after being worried about some symptoms, he decided to get tested.

Channel Seven has yet to confirm whether Ponting will be available for commentary on the fourth day of Australia v West Indies Test in Perth. Ponting is also the head coach of the Delhi Capitals team in the IPL.

Ponting is one of Australia’s great captains.

The sudden deterioration of Ponting’s health is also frightening because this year, Australia’s great spinner Shane Warne died of a heart attack in Thailand. Ponting did not want to take carelessness and went to the hospital. Ponting is regarded as one of Australia’s best captains. Under his captaincy, the Australian team became the World Champion twice (2003, 2007) in ODIs.

Apart from this, Ponting has also taken five wickets in Tests and three in ODIs.
